• Unserviceable areas: If your PIN code isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you; order may be cancelled and refunded (shipping refund depends on circumstances).
  
• Delivery attempts: Usually up to 2 attempts. If unsuccessful, the order may return to us; return/restocking costs may apply.
  
• Delays: Weather, strikes, disasters, customs, or logistics issues can extend timelines; we’ll update you on major delays.
  
• Damages/defects/wrong item: Email clear photos within 24 hours to [customer-support email]; keep original packaging. We’ll arrange return/replacement after verification.
  
• Cancellation/returns in transit: Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; if allowed, shipping/handling costs may be deducted. Refused deliveries may incur return shipping.

• Replacement only (same item): Like-for-like replacements for verified defects/damage/incorrect size. No replacements for custom/personalized/made-to-measure items, accessories, or sale/discounted items (unless stated).
• Return first: Ship the item back unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. For size-related cases, return shipping is paid by you. Replacement ships after inspection.
• Refunds (exceptional): Only if we can’t replace (e.g., out of stock). Processed after we receive and verify the return, via the original or agreed method.
• Cancellations: Allowed before shipment; post-shipment may not be possible. If delivery is refused, return shipping may be deducted/charged.
